Where to write
Everything meant for this site goes to contact@candy-aiapp.org. There is no form on this page and no sign-up anywhere on the site, so an email is the only thing we ask for. Replies normally go out within a few working days.
Worth telling us about
- A figure or a plan description that has drifted out of date.
- A feature that no longer behaves the way a page says it does.
- A link that leads nowhere, or a page that will not load.
- Any question about how this site handles visitor data.
What we cannot look into
This is an independent review, not the Candy AI help desk. Accounts, invoices, refunds, moderation and product faults all sit with Candy AI's own support team. Nothing on their side is visible or reachable from here, so a message sent our way would only delay the answer you need.
